One of the world’s pioneers in consumer neuroscience, Board Member of Neuromarketing Science and Business Association, an organization to integrate neuroscientists and practitioners from 34+ countries worldwide. He is a professor of psychology, expert in emotions, communication and brain research. In 1995-1996 he held the Fulbright Scholarship at Kellogg School of Management where he cooperated with David Messick. Messick’s research interests in the ethical and social aspects of decision making and information processing; he has authored more than 150 articles and chapters, and he has received numerous honors and awards. In 1996-2002 as a post-doctor, Ohme visited Department of Psychology at Stanford University where he cooperated with Robert Zajonc -a social psychologist who is known for his decades of work on a wide range of social and cognitive processes. He teaches in Poland at University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is a visiting professor at Renmin Univeristy in Beijing, China. Member of major marketing, psychological and neuroscientific associations, he publishes in top scientific journals. He wrote New Mind of Consumer (in press), Unconscious Affect (2007), Subliminal Facial Information (2003), and trilogy Automaticity (2001, 2003, 2003).

Mike Kennedy is a principal at RevenueTraction, LLC with over 50 years of successful experience in executive level positions in public and private companies ranging from startups to multi million dollar entities. He has led companies from startup to successful sale and then subsequent IPO, completed several acquisitions and sustained high organic revenue and profitability growth in different companies. Mike started Revenue Traction in 1999 as a hands-on business development firm that focused on developing revenue traction and value creation for emerging high technology companies. In 2000, Mike met Gil Sudai (Revenue Tranction's Israel representative) and re-focused Revenue Traction on Israel-based companies. Revenue Traction works on a select number of projects and is compensated principally with equity. Prior to RevenueTraction, Mike was President and CEO of a start-up high technology CRM company. The company produced software products that were in the customer retention and customer acquisition markets. From 1996 to 1998 Mike ran a consulting business that provided the following services: interim management, business development, strategy development, market research, market analysis product positioning, sales channel analysis, organizational planning sessions, account management, development of policies and procedures, financial management and product planning. Just before starting the consulting business, Mike was President & CEO of Excalibur Technologies from 1992-1996. Excalibur's products were in the document imaging and multimedia information retrieval markets. Excalibur was a publicly-listed NASDAQ company. The company grew from under $1 million to $15 million in revenue during Mike's tenure and he was involved in a Private Placement and two Secondary Offerings. M|ike's earlier career included stints at IBM, Grid Systems, Seagate Technologies, Culinet, Software and Geneva Group International. In addition to golf, Mike's hobbies include Aikido, skiing and dog training. Mike is married and has two sons.
