Victor Szczerba is an accomplished Senior Executive and Entrepreneur with more than 25 years of success spanning the computer software, high tech, B2C, retail, manufacturing financial services, data, and heavy engineering industries.

Leveraging extensive experience as an executive leader building great products, ecosystems, and markets, Victor is a valuable asset for a company in need of skilled guidance in the areas of digital transformation, entrepreneurial ventures, launching new businesses, M&A, and turnaround management. His broad areas of expertise include high tech sales, team-building, OEM, GTM, marketing, business development, turnarounds, analytics, information management, big data, social media, content management, new business models, enterprise software, and scalability.

Throughout his executive career, Victor has held a number of leadership positions. At present, he serves as CEO and Founder with Yeti Data, a company for which he has raised +$2 million, created a product line and delivered it to several customers and built a team of 20 by direct networking and outsourcing. The company offers a cloud-based “private data exchange” service that solves the marketer’s challenge of managing, transforming, and analyzing customer data from many disparate sources while managing use-rights and privacy rules. Previously, he has held a number of leadership roles with SAP, an enterprise computer software company, including General Manager and GVP, HANA Ecosystem; General Manager and GVP, Enterprise Information Management; Vice President, Market Development; and Senior Director of Product Strategy. During his tenure at SAP, Victor helped generate revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars, developed over 100 global partners, and trained over 5,000 ecosystem professionals on how to sell and implement HANA.

Victor holds a BSEE Degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. As a seasoned board member, Victor has held board positions with multiple startup boards which have since been sold as well as a number of industry advisory boards.



Founder of Neurohm

One of the world’s pioneers in consumer neuroscience, Board Member of Neuromarketing Science and Business Association, an organization to integrate neuroscientists and practitioners from 34+ countries worldwide. He is a professor of psychology, expert in emotions, communication and brain research. In 1995-1996 he held the Fulbright Scholarship at Kellogg School of Management where he cooperated with David Messick. Messick’s research interests in the ethical and social aspects of decision making and information processing; he has authored more than 150 articles and chapters, and he has received numerous honors and awards. In 1996-2002 as a post-doctor, Ohme visited Department of Psychology at Stanford University where he cooperated with Robert Zajonc -a social psychologist who is known for his decades of work on a wide range of social and cognitive processes. He teaches in Poland at University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is a visiting professor at Renmin Univeristy in Beijing, China. Member of major marketing, psychological and neuroscientific associations, he publishes in top scientific journals. He wrote New Mind of Consumer (in press), Unconscious Affect (2007), Subliminal Facial Information (2003), and trilogy Automaticity (2001, 2003, 2003).

Prior to joining NEUROHM, Jacek spent 7 years in retail banking working for several banks in Poland, first as financial markets and macroeconomic analyst, then as project leader and product manager. In 2007 he was appointed Director of Retail Products Department in Postal Bank and since then he has held managerial positions in retail banking as head of product and business process development units. He was also responsible for running sales department and managing the whole retail banking division of a medium-size bank. Jacek’s track record includes several projects in the fields of: business strategy, product development, business process design and optimization through a workflow-based approach, business modeling, investment project evaluation. He holds a MSc degree in Finance and Banking and a MSc degree in International Economic Relations, both from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Mike Kennedy is a principal at RevenueTraction, LLC with over 50 years of successful experience in executive level positions in public and private companies ranging from startups to multi million dollar entities. He has led companies from startup to successful sale and then subsequent IPO, completed several acquisitions and sustained high organic revenue and profitability growth in different companies. Mike started Revenue Traction in 1999 as a hands-on business development firm that focused on developing revenue traction and value creation for emerging high technology companies. In 2000, Mike met Gil Sudai (Revenue Tranction's Israel representative) and re-focused Revenue Traction on Israel-based companies. Revenue Traction works on a select number of projects and is compensated principally with equity. Prior to RevenueTraction, Mike was President and CEO of a start-up high technology CRM company. The company produced software products that were in the customer retention and customer acquisition markets. From 1996 to 1998 Mike ran a consulting business that provided the following services: interim management, business development, strategy development, market research, market analysis product positioning, sales channel analysis, organizational planning sessions, account management, development of policies and procedures, financial management and product planning. Just before starting the consulting business, Mike was President & CEO of Excalibur Technologies from 1992-1996. Excalibur's products were in the document imaging and multimedia information retrieval markets. Excalibur was a publicly-listed NASDAQ company. The company grew from under $1 million to $15 million in revenue during Mike's tenure and he was involved in a Private Placement and two Secondary Offerings. M|ike's earlier career included stints at IBM, Grid Systems, Seagate Technologies, Culinet, Software and Geneva Group International. In addition to golf, Mike's hobbies include Aikido, skiing and dog training. Mike is married and has two sons.

Expert in marketing, project management, branding, communication, with the main focus for experience. Involved in end-to-end process, coordinating the work of Research Team responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients and partners as well as managing complex projects in Poland and around the world from different sectors (FMCG, finance, telecom, media). Pawel Pilkowski is an experienced solution architect specializing in data processing. Pawel has been designing and implementing technical solutions for governments, political parties, space agencies, media and retail. Always exploring new design patterns, solutions and trends in IT.
